I am located in central Brighton, a couple of minutes walk from Brighton station. I work Monday to Friday 9-5pm either in my therapy room at home on West Hill Rd between Brighton station and Seven Dials or at Orange Row in the North Laine.

Counselling sessions last for 50 minutes and are arranged on a regular weekly basis, normally on the same day at the same time.

We will arrange a time for a 10-15 minute phone call or zoom meeting to discuss what brings you to counselling at this time. This is an opportunity for an informal chat to see if we thing we could work well together. This is free of charge.
We would then hopefully arrange a first session which would be 50 minutes and charged at the usual fee. You would then be free to decide if you would like to commit to continuing our work together.
